On November 16, 2015 in Kazakhstan was adopted the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On access to information”. It is one of the most expected legislative act, which development took about 6 years. Present law was adopted in frames of implementing anti-corruption strategy and conduction of anti corruption reforms. The law is aimed to play an important role in forming open, transparent and accountable government.
Ms. Gulmira Kuzhukeeva, senior legal consultant, country program manager to Kazakhstan of the International Centre for Not-for-Profit Law (ICNL) presents topic on ways to disseminate information according to law of the RoK “On access to information” specially for LPRC and our readers.
