Legal regulation of the activities of non-profit organizations to attract financing (fundraising) using electronic means.

The International Center for Non-Profit Law has prepared a new study on “Legal regulation of the activities of non-profit organizations in attracting financing (fundraising) using electronic means,” which examines:

• legal regime for various sources of funding of NPOs in Kazakhstan, which can be accessed using electronic means, with a special focus on taxation of charitable assistance and other donations to NPOs
• Legal regulation of relations between NPOs and operators (in order to attract funds), which help facilitate interaction between NPOs and potential donors.
